Q Will it be expensive to market my practice?

A

This depends on whether you undertake a single activity to temporarily raise your profile or a comprehensive campaign as part of an on going longer term programme. OptimEyes UK Ltd. does not have expensive overheads and all work undertaken (including the cost) is agreed beforehand, so there are no unpleasant surprises.

Q   Would I have to be involved and if so, how much of my time would it take up?

A

It would be necessary to discuss and agree options at an initial consultation. It would also be necessary to approve work, periodically. A weekly discussion ( which can be over the phone) and E mail communication are usually adequate. Developing your practice can be a lot of fun and most clients enjoy participating, although the degree of involvement varies.

Q I have a secretary, can we not do this ourselves?

A

Yes you can, the question really is why are you not already doing so or if you are, is it working? It's a bit like selling a house, we could probably do it ourselves, if we had the time and the patience but invariably find its better to ask the experts who have experience and the contacts to make it happen.

Q I might be interested in a single meeting but am not interested in anything else.

A OptimEyes UK Ltd will undertake projects of all sizes

How confidential is the work undertaken and would there not be a conflict of interest if OptimEyes UK Ltd. were also working for colleagues within my area?

Q

An agreement would be drawn up between the client and OptimEyes UK Ltd confirming the extent of the project to be carried out. Whilst carrying out marketing activity, we will not carry out work with colleagues where a conflict of interest may arise.

Client confidentiality is key to the success of this business and OptimEyes UK Ltd. works to ensure that confidentiality remains intact at all times.
